So i’m sharing my favorite granola recipe, which can be especially helpful if your local grocery store has run out of cereal.

Easy granola recipe with quick oats and honey. Heat honey in microwave for 45 seconds. Start with our base granola recipe and mix the dry ingredients together. Simply toss butter or oil, honey, and vanilla extract with rolled oats and sliced almonds then spread out onto a baking sheet.

Combine oats with salted peanuts and pecans. In a large bowl, combine the oats and the crispy rice cereal. Grease oven pan with oil and shred the granola paste into small bits into the pan (you can shred into any desired shape and size).

Mix ingredients together until all oats are coated and wet ingredients are fully incorporated. Minimal ingredients and quick baking means you have fresh granola ready in minutes. Pour into a 15 x 10 baking pan and spread evenly.

You’ll need to bake the granola anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 325° f. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
